Bella Ranch Information

Since Bella Ranch is outside the city limits, it is up to each homeowner to contract a provider for trash pickup.
The Bella Ranch subdivision receives its electricity through Oncor, so all homeowners are free to choose their own reseller for electric service.
Each home in Bella Ranch has a private well, so there is no water bill! We do recommend the following voluntary watering restrictions.
Watering Schedule
Residential addresses ending in an even number (0, 2, 4, 6, or 8) may water on Tuesdays and Fridays.
Residential addresses ending in an odd number (1, 3, 5, 7 or 9) may water on Thursdays and Sundays.
Please Note: No outdoor watering between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m., even on allowed watering days.
